1) How do I register on the NIKUDO website?
Click on the Register button on the top right corner of the website and you will be directed to an online registration form. Fill in accordingly and accurately in order for us to serve you better.
2) Forgot my password?
Click on the Forgot Your Password link in the Sign In page. You will be directed to the password retrieval page. Enter your e-mail address and we will immediately send a temporary password to you. Once you have successfully accessed your account, remember to update your password immediately.
3) How do I change my contact or address details?
You can go to My Account and manage your details there.
4) If you haven’t received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder as it may have made its way there. If you find it please be sure to identify the email as ‘not junk’ or ‘non-spam’ email.

1) How to make payment?
You must register as a member in order to proceed with placing any order. Member sign up is FREE.
Select the product that is most suitable to your needs.
Then place your order.
You could choose to have your goods to be delivered to you or own collection from our office.
There will be a delivery charge impose if you require us to deliver your goods to you. The amount of delivery charges will be tabulated after the product has been completed.

Shipping and Delivery
1) How much is the delivery charge? NIKUDO offers FREE shipping for Purchase above RM200 within Klang Valley (selected area for KL & Selangor address). Purchase below RM200, delivery charges is RM20 for Klang Valley.
Delivery outside of Klang Valley, we will charge RM30 for delivery fees for every delivery point. Minimum order required for outstation (Outside of Klang Valley) is RM200 per order.
2) How long does product delivery take?
For orders placed before 10AM (Mon – Sat, excl. public holidays), products will be delivered within 1-3 business day.
For orders placed on Saturday after 10AM or over the weekend, products will be delivered out on the following Tuesday.
3) Can I schedule the delivery of my order?
Our courier service providers are unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order for a specific time or date.
1) How do I return an item?

3) I have received a damaged /faulty / incorrect product! How can I request for a product exchange?
Kindly contact Customer Service at +601 2918 2797, Monday to Sunday from 9.30am – 5.00pm for assistance. An exchange will be made for products of equal or lower value. Shipping chargers will be paid upon your own digression.
4) When will I receive my exchanged product(s)?
All product exchanges take up to Seven to Fourteen (7-14) working days (excluding Public Holidays) for processing and delivery.
